Fashion retailer Tessuti is to open its first Irish store at the Jervis Shopping Centre in Dublin city centre in 2023.
The company, a subsidiary of the JD Group, has agreed a deal for the 21,500sq ft space formerly occupied by Topshop. Set to open in early 2023 with the creation of around 65 new jobs, Tessuti is a fast-growing retailer of high-end clothing, footwear, and accessories across menswear, womenswear, and childrenswear.
It includes an impressive collection of designer brands such as Polo Ralph Lauren, Emporio Armani, Billionaire Boys Club, Mallet, Moose Knuckles, and Versace Jeans Couture. Established in 1985, the retailer currently has shops in cities such as Liverpool, Manchester, Chester and Leeds, and just launched a prime store at Belfast's Victoria Square this year.

The new long-term lease in the Jervis shopping centre will bring the centre’s numbers up to over 80 retail and F&B options. The shopping centre also boasts car parking and the Luas on its doorstep it continues to be a beacon for north Dublin retail.
James Air, Head of Group Acquisitions at Tessuti, commented: "We are thrilled to be bringing Tessuti to the heart of Dublin’s shopping district, in such a large and prominent store. Our access to so many luxury and premium brands will mean we can bring something completely new to the city.
"The latest Tessuti store concept is unparalleled and has been extremely well received in our other new stores. We are aiming to go bigger and better in Dublin.”
A representative of Savills, Darragh Cronin, representing the Landlord said: “The news of Tessuti coming to not only Ireland but Jervis is a long-awaited and fantastic addition to Dublin’s city centre.
"With the city centres retail scene thriving after the Covid closures this will be an excellent new destination for the area. With the arrival of JD to the centre several years prior the core trading pattern of Henry Street/Mary Street shifted. Tessuti will now add to the nucleus of fashion retailing adjacent to JD, Penney’s, Pull and Bear, New Look, Stradivarius, Arnott’s and Zara," he added.
Darragh Cronin of Savills represented the Landlords, and Chris Bogle of Bogle Estates represented Tessuti.
