Dublin jobs: LEGO store on Grafton Street hiring with fantastic employee discount and benefits

The LEGO shop on Grafton Street in Dublin is hiring at the moment for a sales associate, with incredible employee perks along with the job.

Ireland's first ever LEGO store opened in Dublin last August to the delight of fans across the capital, with many queuing up early on the day to get a peek at the shop's fantastic LEGO sets. Now they are looking for a sales associate to work on a full-time basis.

In its job advert, LEGO says that the successful candidate will greet every guest that visits the store, work the cash register, maintaining store displays, operate the stockroom and more. The job also offers workers a chance to work from home on a hybrid work scheme.

Job responsibilities include:

  • Ensure a signature experience for every guest that visits our LEGO stores by greeting every guest in your location, performing all cash register functions and portraying a professional, gracious, friendly and engaging manner at all times
  • Provide a clean, safe and visually stimulating environment by performing daily cleaning duties, maintaining store displays and learning and executing LEGO Brand Retail visual standards
  • Safely and efficiently operate the store stockroom as you assist in the receiving of merchandise, maintain the stockroom to LBR standards, know and abide by all safety regulations and notify management of potential shortage situations

The position also offers a wide variety of benefits, such as paid family care leave, insurance including life and disability, a headspace app and wellness initiatives. Employees can also get a generous staff discount on Lego items, as well as bonus when goals are reached.
