We had a look at and found two incredible properties up for grabs for under €250,000 with an online auction taking place later this month hosted by youbid.ie. These apartments are perfect for young couples or single people looking to get on the property ladder.

The first apartment is located Block 2, 40 Custom Hall on Lower Gardiner Street, it is a remarkably spacious one-bedroom unit situated in the heart of Dublin’s city centre. Block 2, 40 Custom Hall on Lower Gardiner Street also boasts a lovely private courtyard for residents, which is perfect for when the sunny weather rolls around. Although the property does require a decorative makeover, agents are expecting strong interest from first-time buyers as well as investors.

Local amenities include the Rotunda and Mater hospitals, Busáras, and Connolly train station. The flat is also within walking distance of some of Dublin's best restaurants, bars, cafes, shops, and boutiques.

The second apartment is located in the commuter village of Lucan. Number 19, Black A, The Orchard is a lovely two-bed apartment in a highly sought-after development.

The ground floor level flat includes an entrance hallway, lounge, kitchen, two double bedrooms as well as ensuite and a bathroom. Bidding for this apartment begins at €235,000.

Outside, there is an outdoor patio area, which is accessed via glass double doors in the lounge, and two designated car parking spaces. The Orchard was built in 2000 and it has electronic security entrance gates and is surrounded by stone boundary walls and landscaped grounds.

Lucan Village and all its local amenities including schools, shops, parks, and places to eat and drink are just a few minutes' walk of the property, while several bus routes to Dublin city centre are also nearby.

Access to the M50 motorway and all major routes is a short drive away via the N4.

These two lovely apartments in Dublin are listed in the April 17 auction which is being hosted by property portal, youbid.ie.
