This week we are looking at the cheapest houses and apartments in every Dublin area.
House prices in Ireland rose by 7.8% last year with Dublin seeing a 9.3% jump. Owning a home in Dublin is a distant dream for many as sky-high rents and the cost-of-living crisis means people are unable to save up for a deposit.
We scoured MyHome.ie for some of the cheapest homes in Dublin and found some going for as low as €145,000. So if you're a house hunter on a tight budget then look no further as we present to you a list of the cheapest houses and apartments in every Dublin postcode:
