Gardai in Dublin are trying to find the owners of over 40 stolen bikes and electric scooters after a major recovery operation.
Over 80 e-scooters and bicycles, believed to be stolen, were seized during a number of recent searches in south Dublin as part of an ongoing investigation.
While more than 30 of these scooters and bikes have been identified and returned to their owners, a huge number are still left unclaimed at Kevin Street Garda station in the city centre.
Gardai posted pictures of the remaining scooters and bikes online in order that their owners may be able to identify and claim them.
A Garda spokesperson advised members of the public to always take a photo and mark scooters or bicycles after they buy them to help with identification in the event that they are stolen.
They urged owners of the stolen scooters or bicycles to contact Kevin Street Garda station on 01 666 9400 to claim them.
