Dublin firefighters were called out to attend a fire at an apartments block in Blanchardstown last night.
According to Dublin Fire Brigade, four fire engines and a turntable ladder responded to reports of a fire inside an apartment. Residents were evacuated by firefighters as they battled the blaze, which was contained and eventually put out.
Thankfully, no injuries were reported during the incident. Dublin Fire Brigade tweeted: "Four fire engines and a turntable ladder responded to reports of an apartment fire in Blanchardstown last night.

"Thanks to an effective evacuation no injuries were reported and the fire was contained and extinguished," added Dublin Fire Brigade.
It's been a busy couple of days for the brave firefighters at Dublin Fire Brigade, as they were also called out to a roll over road traffic collision on the Clonsilla Link Road on Saturday night. There were temporary traffic restrictions as recovery of the vehicle took place at the scene.
A garda spokesman told Dublin Live: "Gardaí attended the scene of a single vehicle road traffic collision that occurred on the Clonsilla Link Road, Dublin at approximately 5:40pm on Saturday 28th January 2023.
"No injuries were reported. Investigations are ongoing," added the garda spokesman.
