Dublin Fire Brigade issue appeal for old car donations

Dublin Fire Brigade are looking for used car donations to train up new recruits.

The fire service needs used cars or vehicles in order to carry out essential training. Vehicles will be used for the organisation's two week road traffic collision course.

People intending to scrap their cars are urged to get in touch with the fire brigade. Vans, HGVs and buses are also accepted as donations.

Pick up and disposal can be arranged free of charge. Dublin Fire Brigade needs a minimum of 25 vehicles per one essential training course.
