Dublin Bus is hiring clerical officers to join their team in the capital.
The public transport company is offering a starting salary of €23,626.93 per annum. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract which could turn into a permanent job.

Clerical officers will be expected to provide customers with information on various services, monitor social media sites and answer customer queries, check and maintain bus sign-off sheets, and deal with payroll queries on CoreHR systems.
The ideal candidate will have a third-level qualification in a business-related field, good knowledge of Microsoft World, Excel and Powerpoint, and the ability to record and analyse data.
