Dublin Bus is set to host a recruitment day in April with as many as 500 open positions at the company.
The recruitment day will take place on April 2 at the Technical Training School at the Broadstone Depot and will run from 10am to 6pm.
Dublin Bus is looking to fill 450 driver positions and 50 in the engineering department including mechanics and engineering operatives.
Drivers can expect to earn €632.05 per week (4-day week inclusive of shift and Sunday premium), increasing to €859.62 (5-day week inclusive of shift and Sunday premium).
Mechanics wages start at €692.78 per week increasing to €823.78 based on an 8 year pay scale.
The starting salary for engineering operatives is €500.80 per week rising to €561.19 based on an 8 year pay scale.
The benefits for each of the available positions include either a company pension scheme or PRSA pension scheme, subsidised medical scheme, free bus travel and discounted rail travel.
