Dublin Bus is asking for passengers to rate their service in their 2022 Customer Satisfaction survey.
The survey, which is being carried out by the International Bus Benchmarking Group, is seeking the public's view on the public transport operator across a range of areas.
Passengers can rate Dublin Bus on its reliability, convenience, and how well they provide information.

The survey opened on March 28 and is running until May 1.
It sets out a list of statements to which passengers can vote "agree strongly, agree, neutral, disagree, disagree strongly and don't know".
Examples of statements passengers can vote on include "the bus service is usually reliable" and "if there are problems I can easily find an alternative route".
They also seek feedback on customer care, asking about staff being well dressed, helpful and if it is easy to sort out complaints.
The survey asks about cleanliness and comfort of buses and if passengers feel secure while on board.
Finally, passengers can rate Dublin Bus overall and say if they are likely to recommend the service to a family member or friend.
The survey is available in both English and Irish and you can find it here.
