A ground handling vehicle at Dublin Airport caught fire this morning, spewing smoke that could be seen from the M50.
The Airport's Police and Fire Service rushed to the fire that occurred in the apron at Terminal 2, and were able to bring it quickly under control.
One witness told Dublin Live they saw a "lot of black smoke" coming from the airport as they drove down the motorway.

A daa spokesman told Dublin Live: "Our Airport Police & Fire Service has responded to a ground handling vehicle on fire on the apron."
Passenger Tommy Barrett took a video from inside the Terminal building which showed clouds of smoke rising.
And a photograph shared with Dublin Live of the scene shows the Airport's police and fire service responding to the fire.
Dublin Live has contacted An Garda Siochana for comment.
