Dua Lipa has revealed how she stays in such incredible shape.
The New Rules singer opened up about her diet secrets on her brand new podcast Dua Lipa: At Your Service.
Sharing her daily rituals with fans, she said: “I drink a lot of water for my skin. I take vitamins, I take Omega 3.
“I don’t eat after 6pm. I fast. I feel like with my skin it really helps.”
She explained: “When I eat really late my body does not really work through and it takes too long to process food and it does not prepare anything else in my body.”

Although she likes to stay in top shape, this doesn’t mean forgoing her favourite foods.
The 26-year-old shared the key to her diet is all about striking the right balance between healthy and the occasional treat.
For breakfast, her go-tos are eggs or fruit followed by a banana and cashew butter before a workout.
Lunch is chicken salad with vegetables and a cold juice. While dinner is more vegetables with fish.
Speaking to Beauty Crew, Dua said: “I try and stay as healthy as possible whenever I can.
“I’m never one to stop myself having treats - I do love naughty treats – but I try and limit it to days when I’m not as busy, because if I do eat a doughnut it usually puts me in a food coma.”
Of course, you don’t get a figure like Dua’s without working out – which is something she does on a daily basis when she can.
The hit singer prefers to do a morning workout as she says “getting physical really starts my day off right”.
Most days she kicks off with a Zoom workout class around 8.30am lead by her friend Ella Jenkin.
But if she can’t get herself motivated her friend Bunny comes over to train her in person.
One thing we could all get on board with is how short her workout sessions are – typically just 15 minutes a day.
Speaking to Viva magazine, Dua said: “I try and work out as much as I can.
“I love doing something that’s really fast and quick, like a 15-minute HIIT session which I can do before I start my day.
“If I’ve got a really early call time, I don’t want to be waking up hours before so I do a high intensity workout, shower, breakfast and I’m on my way.”
The moves Dua usually does are moutain climbers, jumping jacks and burpees – although she’s not a massive fan of a plank.
To mix up her workouts, she supplements her training with spinning classes, boxing, yoga and pilates.
