Dua Lipa reacts to Liverpool FA Cup final celebrations and Calvin Harris agrees

Pop superstar Dua Lipa has responded to the memorable celebrations in the aftermath of Liverpool's penalty shoot-out FA Cup triumph against Chelsea, as supporters partied to one her smash hits that fans have taken to their hearts.

There were scenes of euphoria in the red half of Wembley when Kostas Tsimikas scored from 12 yards to clinch the Reds' second major trophy of the season and their first FA Cup since 2006. Immediately after the match was decided 'One Kiss' was played on the national stadium's PA system, with supporters singing along and dancing as stands became ingulf in red smoke.

Showing her clear appreciation on social media, Dua Lipa shared a video on Instgram to her 83.1 millions followers, with the caption: "ABSOLUTE SCENES!!!!!"

Liverpool supporters have taken the British solo artist to their heart following her performance prior to the 2019 Champions League Final in Kiev, where fans sung along to One Kiss with huge enthusiasm. The song has become an adopted fans' anthem, getting regular airings after big wins including The Reds' huge victory against Manchester City in the FA Cup semi-final.

Supporters also noticed the artist is currently in Paris ahead of the Champions League final showdown in France against Real Madrid this month.

Ultra successful artist, DJ and producer Calvin Harris, who wrote the song alongside Lipa, agreed and shared his own comment on the Instagram post. He said: "Absolute certified ****ing banger."

Kopites will be hoping that the popular commercial dance tune will get another triumphant run out in Paris on May 28 if not at Anfield the week before, when the Reds could still clinch the Premier League title against Wolverhampton Wanderers, should Manchester City fail to beat Aston Villa.
