She had a massive hit with the song New Rules and singer Dua Lipa set the bar high when she paraded a breath-taking array of outfits for her 'birthday week.' The Brit and Grammy Award-winning pop star was applauded for her style credentials as she kicked off her big week in a white bejewelled bikini top and matching retro-style white denim skirt and jacket.
The One Kiss hitmaker was told she looked like an 'absolute goddess' as she posed for some moody shots by a pool in towering white platform heels to mark turning 27. And she continued to channel the late 90s and noughties as she changed into an outfit with a surprising fabric.
Dua reappeared the next day, this time showcasing her sensational figure in a light blue double denim micro bikini and matching patchwork sarong. Britney Spears and Justin Timberlake circa 2001 at the American Music Awards might be synonymous with the double denim look.

The fabric also evokes memories of the girl band B*Witched singing C'est La Vie in 1998. But Dua gave the style a fresh twist for 2022 as she teamed her denims with lace-up, knee-high Christian Dior denim boots.
She completed the look by scraping her dark brunette tresses back into a ponytail and added yellow lens sunglasses. Today Dua revealed another show stopping outfit for her birthday dinner - a purple and black thunderbolt patterned dress.
"Pulled this dress out my vault for birthday dinner," she wrote on her Instagram. But the looks didn't cease as she served up another thunderbolt-patterned outfit - this time a black mini dress with sheer panelling.
She let the outfits do the talking with a natural, glowy makeup while letting her hair fall loosely. Model Munroe Bergdorf begged her: "LET US BREATHE!!!!!!!!" missdorrotea gasped: "Omggg." missdorrotea wrote: "Hott." And yelizstarbe said: "Wow just gorgeous."
