A man is furious after checking a shop's CCTV and catching a van scraping the side of his car.
John Howard pulled over to go to a shop in Southport on Tuesday morning when the incident occurred.
But it wasn't until later that day he realised that the damage was there - and he only found out it was caused by a blue van when he checked the CCTV of a shop on Bispham Road.

The footage shows the van pulling in to park when it catches John's white car. The driver is approached by a woman can be seen speaking to him in the CCTV clip.
When John comes out the shop and heads to his car, the driver pretends nothing has happened and lets him drive away with the damaged car, which John claims cost him £500 to fix.
John told the ECHO after posting the video on social media: "He was pulling in behind me and he's scraped along the passenger back wing/bumper causing roughly £500 worth of damage.
"[It] happened on February 8 between 08:35am and 08:50am on Bispham Road in Southport, parked between the One Stop and the Post Office."
He said he was furious after the incident and is yet to get hold of the registration plate for the van.
He said: "Yes I am [furious], still trying to get more CCTV from other businesses to try and get the registration."
