A driver escaped with minor injuries after a van flipped onto its roof following a crash in Manchester city centre.
Three vehicles were involved in the smash on Regent Road (A57), close to the roundabout on Monday evening (August 29) - prompting the busy road to be taped off.
The westbound carriageway was temporarily blocked off, while police, paramedics and the fire service attended. Pictures from the scene showed the white van had flipped onto its roof, with a black BMW nearby also spotted with damage.

Police have since confirmed that only minor injuries were reported by those involved in the crash. The van was later transported away from the scene on a recovery vehicle.
In a statement, GMP said: "At around 5:30pm on Monday 29 August 2022 on Regent Road in Manchester City Centre, we were called to reports of a Road Traffic Collision between three vehicles.
"Emergency services attended the scene and only minor injuries were reported."
A spokesperson for Greater Manchester Fire and Rescue Service (GMFRS) said on Monday: "This evening one crew from Salford fire station attended Regent Road, Salford, in response to a call at around 5.30pm about a road traffic collision involving two vehicles and street furniture. One of the vehicles was on its roof.
"The crew was quickly at the scene, and firefighters worked alongside colleagues from North West Ambulance Service and Greater Manchester Police to make the area safe. Firefighters were in attendance for just under half an hour."
