A driver crashed off a main road before hitting a lamppost. Police have said that it was 'remarkable' that only minor injuries were sustained during the incident on the A38, which took place on the evening of Monday, March 14.
Derbyshire Police said the motorist drove through a barrier on the A38 before hitting a lamppost and hiving a near miss with a tree. A picture shared by the Derbyshire Roads Policing Unit shows the 4x4 vehicle involved on its side in a ditch at the side of the busy road.
