Drew Brees has been part of NBC’s broadcast team for just one year, but it seems his future may be in jeopardy. Or maybe not!
On Sunday, reports started circulating that Brees was on his way out at NBC after one year as a NFL TV analyst. The former New Orleans Saints quarterback was not a fan favorite during his time in the broadcast booth, but the report from the New York Post stated that the possible departure was mutual.
Hours after that report dropped, Brees himself commented on the proceedings on Twitter, stating that he is currently “undecided” in his future path. Not only that, Brees listed off a few hilarious things he might do instead!
Despite speculation from media about my future this fall, I’m currently undecided. I may work for NBC, I may play football again, I may focus on business and philanthropy, I may train for the pickleball tour, senior golf tour, coach my kids or all of the above. I’ll let you know

You know what, I think it’d be very cool if Brees started to play pickleball in his free time. Diversifying your portfolio is never a bad thing!
