It’s been over one thousand days since Steph Curry, Klay Thompson and Draymond Green played basketball in a live game for the Golden State Warriors.
With Green set to return to the court on Monday against the Washington Wizards after missing 31 games due to injury, the trios streak will come to an end. However, it will have to wait till after the opening tip.
Before Monday’s contest, Steve Kerr told reporters Green would come off the bench in his first game back with the Warriors. Green will be on a 20-minute restriction against the Wizards.

Kerr said Green coming off the bench is "temporary". Warriors have discovered it's difficult to start a player (Klay/Porter) on a minute restriction. This more easily allows the Warriors to have Draymond in the closing lineup. https://t.co/SNKVSnp9M9

Along with Green’s absence in the starting lineup, the Warriors will also be missing Andrew Wiggins with the starters. Wiggins will miss Monday’s contest due to a general illness. Otto Porter Jr. and Klay Thompson have recently missed games with a general illness.
Without Green and Wiggins, the Warriors will start Jordan Poole and Jonathan Kuminga alongside Curry, Thompson and Kevon Looney.
The Warriors are slated to tip-off against the Wizards on Monday at 7 p.m. PT at San Francisco’s Chase Center.
