This is the dramatic moment a 'knife-wielding' 19-year-old man was pinned to the floor and arrested outside Leeds bus station today.
Startled onlookers gathered at the scene as two officers held the man down and screamed "you've got a knife on you." The man appears to deny that he has the weapon before he is heard allegedly telling officers: "I can't breathe".
The video was filmed by Louis Kasatkin who was on his way to catch a bus in the city centre shortly before 12.30pm. He said: "I was approaching the bus station, about five minutes before my bus was due to depart, when I heard a commotion and saw a police officer taking up a "shooting stance".

"He shouted to the arrestee that he would taser him if he resisted - or words to that effect." Louis said he noticed a second police car pulling up to the scene as he left York Street.
A West Yorkshire Police spokesman confirmed an arrest was made after officers received reports of a man walking around the city centre with a knife. He said: "At 12.10pm today (Friday), police received a report of a man who had been seen with a knife in the Kirkgate area of Leeds.
"Officers attended and arrested a 19-year-old man. A knife was also found. Enquiries are continuing."
