Dramatic footage has captured the moment a stranded dog was rescued by lifeboat crews in East Lothian after falling from nearly three metres.
The incident occurred on January 20 and RNLI Kinghorn confirmed Callie, a Fox Red Labrador, was reunited with her owner after the distressing fall near Cockenzie.
It was the second call the team received on the day following concern for a dog, as the crew were paged to the former power station. Callie had fallen from a considerable height from the base of the sea wall and was left stranded until they arrived.

Aside from an injury to her paw, Callie escapee relatively unscathed as the crew took to social media to post footage of their heroic efforts. As well as the video, they said: "You may remember we rescued a dog on 20th January at Cockenzie.
"Here is a video of us picking up Callie from the base of the sea wall and reuniting her with her owner. She was certainly glad to see Dad after her unplanned adventure over the wall, a drop of 2.5m onto rock armour.
"Her owner did the right thing by contacting the Coastguard for help and not going into the water. If you get into difficulty at the coast, call 999 and ask for the Coastguard."
Immediately after the incident, RNLI Kinghorn posted a picture of one of their crew members with Callie on their way back to the harbour.
Footage captured onboard one of the lifeboats shows the crew approaching the edge of the sea wall where the terrified Labrador was spotted sitting on a small rock under a bridge, with several locals looking on in anguish.
The team soon got into a position to recover Callie as pooch was given plenty of cuddles to calm her down before making their way back to shore.
