Drake bet more than $1.25M on the Rams – and Odell Beckham Jr. – in Super Bowl LVI

There’s expected to be a record $7.6 billion bet on Super Bowl LVI this year, and superstar rapper Drake is contributing a fair amount to that total. Drake posted on Instagram Thursday night that he’s betting $1.26 million on the Rams and Odell Beckham Jr. in Super Bowl LVI.

He shared screenshots of his wagers, which were placed in Bitcoin.

Here are his bets:

  • $472,364 on Rams to win outright (payout: $713,244)
  • $393,636 on Beckham over 62.5 receiving yards (payout: $712,457)
  • $393,636 on Beckham to score a TD (payout: $846,288)

His potential payout if all three bets hit is about $2.3 million. Take a look at his Instagram post below, which includes a photo of gloves that seemingly belong to Beckham. Drake and Beckham have been friends for years, and Beckham even lived with the rapper for a little while back in 2016.

Maybe Drake knows Beckham will be a big part of the game plan and will be a go-to target in the red zone. Though, those are conclusions just about anyone who has watched the Rams could draw, given the way Beckham has played in the last few weeks.

The biggest concern for Rams fans is that the Drake Curse will come back to life. He’s been known for jinxing teams and athletes by either hanging out with them or wearing a team’s jersey, but the curse appeared to end a couple of years ago when the Raptors won an NBA title with him on the sidelines.
