On tonight's episode of Dragons’ Den, one Scots entrepreneur is hoping to secure a money investment for his business.
Robbie MacIsaac is hoping to get the backing from one Dragon to take his business FLUX Blowpipe, an attachment for the instrument that absorbs excess condensation from a piper's breath, to the next level.
The student was just 14 when he first invented the device before it later launched on the market back in 2020 and now he's hoping for an investment.
The 22-year-old, from Falkirk, is an engineering student at The University of Strathclyde and they tweeted their support ahead of the episode tonight.
The Glasgow university penned: "@StrathEng student @RobbieMacisaac will be on @BBCDragonsDen tonight! Tune in to @BBCOne at 8pm to find out what @DeborahMeaden @StevenBartlett @DragonJones @SaraDavies & @ToukerSuleyman thought of his innovative bagpipe business FLUX Blowpipe."
Dragon Deborah Meadon reshared the tweet and told fans that she was moved by the bagpipes during the episode, as she said: " ..and what a lovely talented guy... @BBCDragonsDen tonight for the moving sounds of the bagpipes...."
Robbie has been playing the bagpipes for many years and in 2016, he was given the honour of bringing the final T in the Park at Strathallan Castle to a close with a spectacular solo pipe performance.
