Dermatologist Sandra Lee knows what she's talking about when it comes to skin care, forging a career out of dealing with people's spots, rashes and cysts.
Earning herself the nickname Dr Pimple Popper, the 48-year-old's is an expert in all things to do with the skin, nails and hair - and people around the world are addicted to watching her work.
And now she's shared her own secrets by revealing her night time skin care routine - including a very easy hack for using make-up remover wipes and the mistake lots of us make while washing our face.
In a video for Harper's Bazaar , the TV star showed people exactly what she does every evening and what products she uses to keep her skin clear and bright.
She says: "I'm definitely always aware of what I'm putting on my skin but I am not crazy about it.
"I do not have a lot of steps in my regimen, but I do know my skin type. I am dry and on the sensitive side, so I like to keep things to a minimum."
She also shares her biggest regret of how she treated her skin when she was younger, saying she wishes she didn't rub her eyes so much when she was younger.
This causes damages to the area which changes the skin and over time causes lines and wrinkles. Instead she dabs her face and her eyes at ever step of her cleansing process.
She starts by removing her fake eyelashes and using Lancome's Bi-Facil Double-Action Eye Makeup Remover on her eyes. This costs about £23.
But instead of putting the liquid on normal cotton pads, she has her own which she describes as a mix of Kleenex and a pad.
She's careful not to rub her eyes, instead just dabbing it on and letting it soak into the skin.
She then uses her own SLMD Skincare cleansing wipes to remove the rest of her make up.
She says: "I dab at my face, I try to get off the excess make-up.
"I don't rub because I'm more prone to getting rashes or irritations, and when you do that you get more wrinkles because those change your skin and make you look older.
"Even a washcloth is going to cause micro tears, so you just need to be gentle."
Sandra alternates between two cleansers to address the two biggest skin problems she has. She either uses the CeraVe Hydrating Facial Cleanser , which you can buy from Boots for £9.50, and her Salicylic Acid Cleanser which is pricier at £20.
When it comes to washing her face, Sandra has an important tip which can make a huge difference to you skin.
She said: "The thing that's really important about washing your face that I know from a dermatologist's perspective, is that when you're washing your face you're actually getting rid of moisture, so you really want to not go really hot and you don't want to go really cold either.
"When you're washing face you're actually getting rid of the moisture. You don't want to shock your skin. Lukewarm water is the best.
"I don't rub my face either, I just rinse off.
"When your skin is still moist that's the prime time to moisturise because if your skin is wet the moisture evaporates.
"The air pulls the moisture out of your skin and you get drier. That's why you get that tight feeling after you wash your face."
Speaking about her dry skin and eczema , she explains that she uses SLMD Hyaluronic Acid Serum to help her skin which she allows to sink in before moving onto the next step.
Next is an anti-aging product, a retinol, which is said to help minimize fine wrinkles.
In another bid to tackle her dry skin she then applies a healing ointment, opting for one by CerVe, which she dabs on her lips and around her eyes.
If she has any acne flare ups she treats them with a benzoyl peroxide treatment, and she also reveals that she will inject her own pimples with cortisol before they get too big.
However she warned people never to try this themselves at home.
