Dr Alex George has been flooded with praise after sharing a body positive message with his 1.9 million Instragram followers. The Love Island star, who rose to fame on the 2018 series, shared a topless snap as he posed in front of a mirror.
The ambassador for mental health, who hails from Carmarthenshire, smiled as he flexed his bicep and held up his phone. Standinfg in a pair of black shorts the 31-year-old shared an inspiring message.
"You only get one skin, so get comfortable living in it," he penned. Shortly after the doctor was flooded with praise from followers on the social media platform.

"Wonderful advice," wrote one fan, as another added: "The best shape you can be in is the shape you are happiest in."

Dr Alex also shared the post on his Story, thanking fans for their kind words and support. He wrote: "Good to see so much positivity. Love who you are. Love your own skin."
The former reality television star has long been a champion for body positivity. Back in April he shared another snap and captioned it: "Repeat after me. I’m grateful of my body and what it allows me to do.
