Dr Alex George accused of cheating again as secret messages leaked by love interest

Dr Alex George is facing cheating accusations, again.

The Love Island star reportedly pursued another woman on social media when he was believed to still be dating Amelia Bath - the woman he was with prior to romancing Ellie Hecht.

A medical student claims that Dr Alex reached out to her by asking for her number amid his romance with Amelia.

The woman leaked parts of the messages exchanged with her and Dr Alex on TikTok before deleting the video.

Footage captioned: "While no one believes Dr Alex cheated on his gf but you defiantly do because he was in your DMs during his relationship before Ellie," showed messages sent in 2020.

The message seemed to show the mental health advocate asking the woman for his number but the rest of the correspondence was covered up, The Sun report.

The outlet adds that they have seen screenshots of various communications between Alex and a number of different women.

Mirror have contacted a representative for Dr Alex George for comment.

The accusations come just days after reports emerged claiming the reality TV personality 'cheated on his ex' Ellie Hecht several times throughout the course of their relationship.

"Alex cheated on Ellie very early on in their relationship but she chose to forgive him and move on," an insider told.

"She has really been his rock during a very difficult time for him and decided to give him the benefit of the doubt.

"Unfortunately, Alex went on to sext a number of other women during their relationship and it all came to a head when someone contacted Ellie and spilled the beans about what he had been up to."

The duo had been dating since January last year, with the A&E doctor confirming their relationship on social media in June, before splitting a year later.

Following the first set of reports, the A&E doctor took to his social media to post a Sunday thought.

He wrote on his Instagram Stories: "It's wise not to judge situations that you do not understand. Just a Sunday thought."
