An office building in Birmingham's business district has welcomed two new tenants.
4 Temple Row has let 805 sq ft to independent transport consultancy Hub Transport Planning and 3,495 sq ft to the Children and Family Court Advisory and Support Service (Cafcass). Both new tenants have agreed ten-year leases.
Hub Transport Planning has moved from Hagley Road in Edgbaston as it looks to expand in Birmingham and grow its current team of seven over the next few years.
Director James Parker said: "We have several cyclists in the offices who were drawn to the new bike storage, changing and shower facilities.
"Being so close to all the great bars and restaurants also means it's really easy to network and socialise with our city centre clients.
"We don't move very often. We were in our last offices for just over ten years so the decision to relocate to 4 Temple Row had to offer the best overall package for the team."
Rupert Young, development director at the building's landlord Nurton Developments, added: "We're always keen to support long-standing Birmingham businesses such as Hub Transport who want the benefits of being in the city centre and all its attractions, with space that is flexible and can adapt to their continued growth."
