Dorset recruitment set to expand with headquarter relocation

A growing Dorset recruitment firm is set to relocate to new headquarters as it looks to continue to expand its workforce.

Poole-based TeamJobs said the vast majority of its 40 staff will be based at its new office in Fleets Corner Business Park, where it has taken around 3,260 sq ft of space at the newly refurbished Fleetsbridge House building. The business said its new base was "significantly larger" than its current office on Parkstone Road, around two miles away.

The remainder of the company’s workers operate remotely, with TeamJobs telling BusinessLive it expected this contingent to grow “significantly” over the few years. It added that its new base, which features a new collaborative space, would enable it to grow to between 50 and 60 strong in terms of office-based staff. The firm’s headcount has grown 60% since 2020.

Chief executive Jason Gault said: “We are looking forward to relocating and upsizing into our new head office at Fleets Corner, which is a location and environment that reflects our growth as a business. The quality of the offices is first rate, creating a fitting home for our expanding team as we focus on the next stage of the company’s expansion.”

TeamJobs joins a number of tenants already based at Fleets Corner Business Park, including Poole-headquartered cosmetics retailer Lush, which has its national manufacturing and distribution hub at the park.

Stephen Bradley, director at Fleets Corner Business Park’s landlord Federated Hermes, said: “It is great to welcome another established local business to our community. TeamJob’s decision to move to Fleetsbridge House is testament to the significant work Federated Hermes has done to modernise and establish Fleets Corner as the prime business park in the region.

“Across the offices, warehousing and manufacturing accommodation on site, we are committed to offering spaces suitable for the next generation of businesses.”
