If you are purchasing a Dormeo mattress or bed and shipping within the UK, your order will be delivered free of charge. If your order consists of smaller items and is under £79, there will be a delivery fee of £4.95.

Does Dormeo accept returns?
If your product is not eligible for the 200-night trial period, you will have up to 14 days to return your product(s). Please note that only unused and unopened products may be returned and the return shipping cost is your responsibility. However, if your mattress includes their Octaspring technology, Dormeo will collect it free of charge.
