DoorDash, TKO, Williams-Sonoma To Join S&P 500. AppLovin Snubbed Again.

DoorDash, TKO Group, Williams-Sonoma and Expand Energy will join the S&P 500 index as part of a quarterly rebalance, S&P Dow Jones Indices announced Friday night. AppLovin, one of the hottest stocks of 2024, was a notable snub.

DASH stock rose solidly early Monday, signaling a move back to  the 50-day line. TKO stock, Williams-Sonoma and Expand Energy rose as well. AppLovin stock fell solidly.

DoorDash, TKO, Williams-Sonoma and Expand Energy will replace Borgwarner, Teleflex, Celanese Corp. and FMC Corp. before the open on March 24. The latter four stocks which will drop down to the S&P SmallCap 600.

VF Corp., Alaska Air and Hims & Hers Health, will replace TKO, Williams-Sonoma and Expand Energy in the S&P MidCap 400.
