Van de Beek suffers an injury blow
Donny van de Beek suffered an injury during the warm-up for Everton and missed their Premier League match with West Ham as a result. The on-loan Netherlands midfielder has enjoyed regular game-time since moving to Goodison Park during the January transfer window.
The 24-year-old had been picked to start by Frank Lampard as the Toffees aimed to ease relegation concerns. But it was not a Sunday afternoon to remember for Van de Beek as he withdrew and Everton slipped to a 2-1 defeat.

Ferdinand slams United over Pogba
Rio Ferdinand has slammed United for how they have handed the Paul Pogba contract situation as the Frenchman prepares to leave Old Trafford on a free transfer for the second time. A decade on from his initial move to Juventus, the World Cup winner is heading into the final months of his agreement.
Speculation over where the player might end up is rife. Pogba has been heavily linked with a return to Juventus as other elite European clubs - such as Real Madrid and Paris Saint-Germain - monitor his situation before the summer transfer window opens. He is already permitted to speak with clubs from abroad.
United re-signed Pogba for £90m in 2016 after four seasons with the Turin side. Ferdinand, meanwhile, reckons the subsequent handling of his deal leaves a lot to be desired.
