By now, we’ve all seen Jason Kelce’s shirtless celebration from Sunday’s luxury suite at Highmark Stadium. We’ve heard as he talked through what led up to the viral moment on the New Heights podcast.
While Jason admitted to giving his wife, Kylie, a heads up about what was going to take place in the booth, his mother, Donna, didn’t even need an early warning. She knows her son.
In an interview with People, Donna said that she wasn’t surprised at all to see the 36-year-old Eagles center go shirtless, jump out of a luxury suite and chug beers with fans. It’s who he is, after all.

That’s because the Philadelphia Eagles center has “done it on occasion,” the football mom explains, citing the parade as another example of when Jason went topless. “He just saves it for special moments,” she says with a laugh.
She added:
“A lot of people don’t see it because he’s all business nine times out of 10 when he is on the field,” Donna shares. “He’s so focused with the game and he’s so into it that people don’t see that side of him.”
It was a long season (and possibly his final NFL season). You could tell he was ready to enjoy himself, and Donna certainly approved.
