Donald Trump Names Doug Burgum To Lead Department Of The Interior

President-elect Donald Trump made a significant announcement during a gala at Mar-a-Lago, officially naming North Dakota Gov. Doug Burgum as his choice to lead the Department of the Interior. In addition to this appointment, Trump has also designated Burgum as the chair of a newly established 'National Energy Council.'

The overarching goal of this council is to guide the United States towards 'ENERGY DOMINANCE' by streamlining bureaucratic processes, encouraging private sector investments across all economic sectors, and prioritizing innovation over what is deemed as unnecessary regulations.
