Donald Trump joins long line of star-studded Farage interviewees - including Kerry Katona and Laurence Fox

Former president Donald Trump sat down for an in-depth interview with broadcaster Nigel Farage, which aired to little fanfare on Wednesday night on GB News.

The interview ranged from Trump slamming Meghan Markle, the Duchess of Sussex, as “disrespectful” towards the Queen and the royal family - to the Black Lives Matter movement, and January 6 riots.

Speaking about Meghan, Trump said: “I’m not a fan of hers. I wasn’t from day one. I think Harry has been used horribly and I think some day he will regret it.”

You can read a full round-up of the highlights/lowlights right here.

But despite landing the scoop with Trump, let’s not forget that the former president isn’t the only big name that Farage has sat down with and interviewed.

We’ve rounded up four of the big names he’s recently had on his GB News show, and why, exactly, they’re famous.

Kerry Katona

Kerry was a member of girl group Atomic Kitten from 1998 until her first departure in 2001 and again from 2012 until her second departure in 2017. She then started an OnlyFans before appearing on Farage’s show.

Kim Woodburn

Host of the cleaning show called 'How Clean is Your House' and star in the Canadian series Kim's Rude Awakenings, Woodburn famously uttered the words, “These woke people - please! Get a life!” Woodburn also teased a possible political run.

Laurence Fox

Laurence Fox is an English actor and political activist, who played the role of DS James Hathaway in the British TV drama series Lewis. The pair discussed Fox's acting and political career, where he ran for London mayor - and spectacularly failed.

Tim Martin

Tim Martin the founder and chairman of Wetherspoons who is hailed as a “Brexit legend” by Farage himself... enough said.
