Don Robertson had the seismic job of being the man in the middle for Rangers vs Celtic on January 2.
And in the light of wrong refereeing decisions seemingly becoming a weekly occurrence, all eyes were on the match officials to get it right when Scotland’s top two went head-to-head at Ibrox.
The latter stages of Rangers’ 3-0 win were masked by ugly scenes which saw Celtic manager Brendan Rodgers and midfielder Arne Engels targeted by objects.
However, on the field, the game was played out without any significant errors from Robertson and his fellow assistants; both pitch side and in the VAR room at Clydesdale House.
That’s according to the Scottish FA’s KMI panel, who ran the rule on just three incidents from the Glasgow Derby encounter.
And they all were deemed correctly in an unanimous decision by the five-person panel.

The first was a possible red card for Celtic defender Alistair Johnston's challenge on Rangers' Ianis Hagi on the 34th minute.
No card was issued at the time and VAR didn't intervene despite Celtic's grievances.
Robertson and his team got the backing, with SFA notes stating: "The on-field decision was unanimously supported (5-0)."
The second event discussed was another possible red card to Rangers defender Jefte, when he fouled Celtic's Nicolas Kuhn with 46 minutes played.
But only a yellow was issued, which the SFA panel fully supported, again saying: "The on-field decision was unanimously supported (5-0)."
Finally, the third noteworthy situation involved Celtic forward Kyogo Furuhashi's volley beyond Rangers goalkeeper Liam Kelly shortly after the interval, which was rightfully deemed offside by the assistant referee and those in the VAR room.
