A domino group has been set up In Glasgow to help those who are visually impaired connect with others.
The Royal National Institute of Blind People launched the club earlier this week at R-cade in the city's Saltmarket.
The newly-formed group are set to gather at the venue every second Thursday at 12pm. It is hoped that those who come along will be able to bond and support others who are visually impaired.

Community Connection Coordinator Conor Joseph told Glasgow Live: "We have a dominoes group already in Edinburgh and that has been running for a number of years, with 15 to 20 people going along to that.
"Off back of the success of that group we are looking to set up activities for blind or partially sighted people in Glasgow and dominoes seems like the perfect way to bring people together.
"It gives people an activity to do rather than sit down and have a chat whilst drinking tea and coffee."
The organiser also believes that the popular past time can be extremely helpful for those who struggle with loneliness.
He said: "Everyone has felt isolated over the past couple of years with the pandemic, but it has been especially difficult for people with sight loss.
"They might live alone or have no family living nearby to support them.
"Coming together with other people with sight loss and having a conversation is quite important for people. It also helps build your confidence up if you have been recently diagnosed with sight loss.
"Being able to travel to groups like this also provide people with a sense of independence which some may fell like they would've lost after losing their sight."
