1.55pm UPDATE: Donny van de Beek ruled out after an injury in the warm-up. He is replaced by Mason Holgate.
Dominic Calvert-Lewin returns to the starting line-up for Everton's clash with West Ham United on Sunday afternoon. Anthony Gordon, however, drops to the bench for this weekend's game.
Frank Lampard has made five changes from the side which took on Crystal Palace at Selhurst Park before the international break. Calvert-Lewin looks to be leading the line alongside Richarlison in what could be a 4-4-2 formation.
Gordon drops to the bench allowing Alex Iwobi and Demarai Gray to come into the side, with Andros Townsend also missing out as he continues to recover from a long-term injury. In the centre of midfield, Donny van de Beek returns to the side after missing the Newcastle match last month through illness, partnering Abdoulaye Doucoure.
