Everton have confirmed that Dominic Calvert-Lewin will miss the visit of Man City to Goodison Park with an adductor injury.
The striker missed four months of the campaign with a quadriceps issue earlier in the term having scored in each of his opening three Premier League matches of 2021/22.
However, the England international is yet to find the back of the net on his comeback, with Frank Lampard admitting his side didn't give their front man the right service last time out against Southampton.

Calvert-Lewin was not named in the Everton starting line-up to face Pep Guardiola's side this weekend, and the club have now confirmed the reason why.
A tweet from the Blues revealed: "Frank Lampard has confirmed that Dominic Calvert-Lewin misses #EVEMCI with an adductor injury which will keep him out for a week to 10 days."
That would rule the striker out of at least the midweek FA Cup clash with Boreham Wood, with Everton next set to be in action against Tottenham Hotspur on Monday March 7th.
