Dominic Calvert-Lewin has suffered another injury blow after being withdrawn during the first half of Everton’s Premier League match with Wolves.
Heading straight down the tunnel in discomfort, Sean Dyche was forced to substitute the 26-year-old and selected Demarai Gray to be deployed from the bench in his place.
Calvert-Lewin returned to the first-team for last month's draw away to Crystal Palace having missed multiple matches this campaign due to injury, with Dyche repeatedly making clear the Blues would not be willing to rush the forward back too quickly.

Everton's No.9 missed the opening eight league fixtures of this term due to a knee injury sustained in training and has since been unavailable for a further 12 Premier League games due to a hamstring injury.
Speaking in February, Dyche admitted he was taking drastic action in a bid to uncover the explanation behind his star striker's fitness problems. "’ve got to learn about his history, his physiological history," he explained. “I’ve got to learn what his body will and won’t take, which is what we are trying to do.
“We’re speaking to him, the medics, the sports scientists, looking at the stats, training programmes, distance covered, high-speed running, how many kilometres in a week, what’s his diet like, what’s his lifestyle like, what car does he drive, what mattress does he use, how many hours does he sleep a night? That’s learning about people."
Everton currently trail Wolves by one goal, having conceded in the 34th minute of the match to Hwang Hee-chan. The Toffees are in desperate need of points as they look to pull clear of the relegation places before Leeds face West Ham tomorrow.
