Miami Dolphins assistant offensive line coach Lemuel Jeanpierre will work with the National Team offensive line at the 2025 Senior Bowl, the game announced Friday.
Jeanpierre, 37, was hired by the Dolphins in 2020 and promoted to offensive line coach in 2021. After Brian Flores was fired, Jeanpierre was retained by Mike McDaniel but as an assistant offensive line coach.
For the Dolphins, it’s great news as Jeanpierre will get hands-on work with 12 top offensive line prospects in the 2025 NFL draft class. Among the notable names on the National Team roster are West Virginia’s Wyatt Milum, Oregon’s Josh Conerly Jr., and Minnesota’s Aireontae Ersery.
Earlier this month, Dolphins general manager Chris Grier told reporters that the team is “going to have to invest in the offensive line now.” While the Dolphins hope they have three starters of the foreseeable future in Austin Jackson, Aaron Brewer, and 2024 second-round pick Patrick Paul, the guard position was a weak link last season and Liam Eichenberg, Isaiah Wynn, and Robert Jones are all set to hit free agency in March.
Miami is on the hunt for replacements and Jeanpierre will get a close look at several of the candidates.
