2022 will be a fascinating year for the Dolphins, after an up-and-down 2021 season that saw the team fire coach Brian Flores after a 9–8 season. Miami hired San Francisco offensive coordinator Mike McDaniel to replace him, and are hoping he can jumpstart the career of quarterback Tua Tagovailoa and the rest of the young Dolphins team.
The team made a huge splash this offseason with the acquisition of Tyreek Hill from the Chiefs. After trading an additional 2022 first-round pick to the Eagles ahead of the 2021 draft in order to take Jaylen Waddle at No. 6, the team finds itself with the fewest picks in the 2022 NFL draft entering Thursday’s first round, with four total.
Miami’s draft begins in the third round with the No. 102 overall pick. Here is how the Dolphins draft has turned out thus far (to be updated during NFL draft):

The 2022 NFL draft begins with the first round on Thursday, April 28 at 8 p.m. ET. The second and third rounds take place on Friday, beginning at 7 p.m. Rounds four through seven take place on Saturday, beginning at noon.
