New CCTV footage has surfaced online showing a woman "carrying a squealing dog by its collar".
The video is believed to have been taken at the Home from Home Dog Retreat in Ellesmere Port, run by Amanda Le Bretton. Le Bretton has now had her licence to run a dog home, boarding or day care business revoked by Cheshire West and Chester Council.
The video, just over a minute long and dated to Saturday, October 16 2021, shows a dog standing in what appears to be a garden or patio. A woman (out of shot) is then heard calling out "Come on, Lulu, Lulu".

The dog then moves closer to the camera and squats down. The same voice is then heard saying: "Lulu, come on" once more.
A woman approaches the dog and crosses the view of the camera. She then picks the dog up by what appears to be its collar.
The dog then begins to squeal. It continues to squeal as the woman carries it back top where she came.
She is heard saying "alright, hang on" as she does so.
The woman reappears later in the video, and is heard saying "come on Alfie, Alfie, Alfie, Alf". She then says "where are you?" and leaves the view of the CCTV before the video ends.
The video is the fifth believed to have emerged after Le Bretton had her licence revoked by the council. Other videos appear to show dogs being "kicked and hit" at the dog retreat she ran. Le Bretton still has an opportunity to appeal the decision to revoke the licence.
When contacted by the ECHO, Le Bretton refused to comment. The ECHO understands an RSPCA investigation into the videos is ongoing.
