NFL fans have grown accustomed to seeing Taylor Swift’s face grace their television screens during Kansas City Chiefs games this season as she shows support for her significant other, tight end Travis Kelce. On Sunday night at the 81st Golden Globe Awards ceremony, MLB fans got their own sneak peek of two strikingly different worlds colliding.
At the Golden Globes, Los Angeles Dodgers star Freddie Freeman found himself in the background of a Taylor Swift photo making the rounds on the internet.
The Eras Tour performer poses in the foreground with actor Bill Hader while Freeman sits at a table behind her with a somewhat puzzled look on his face. His eyes appear to be directed at the photographer as if to say, “What am I doing in this picture?”

Many baseball fans had a similarly humorous reaction after stumbling upon the epic photo during a lull in the MLB offseason.
Some dads, Brads, and Chads noted that Swift could be trying to weasel her way into a different professional sports league.
Others matter-of-factly pointed out that Swift, a 12-time Grammy Award winner, 2023 Time Person of the Year, and first billionaire with music as the main source of her income, does not have any MVPs or World Series championships.
The upshot of all of this? A photo featuring both Swift and Freeman exists. That is all.
