A doctor is set to stand trial next year accused of sexual assault.
Dr Brian Kubwalo has been charged with sexually assaulting three women in the Wirral area between 2019 and 2021. The 55-year-old appeared in the dock at Liverpool Crown Court today, Wednesday.
There, he pleaded not guilty to the three counts faced. Dr Kubwalo - of Pabo Lane in Llandudno Junction, North Wales - is now due to go on trial at the same court over the course of seven days, beginning on April 2 next year.

The obstetrician, who was represented by Christopher Stables, was released on conditional bail ahead of that date by Judge Stuart Driver KC. He is known to have worked at Arrowe Park Hospital and previously practiced in the Manchester area.
Dr Kubwalo is currently subject to an interim suspension by the Medical Practitioners Tribunal Service, which is understood to be routine practice in such circumstances. A spokesman for Wirral University Teaching Hospital NHS Foundation Trust, which runs Arrowe Park, told the ECHO: "Owing to the ongoing legal proceedings, the trust is unable to comment further at this time."
