Do the Chicago Bulls have a shot to win the NBA In-Season Tournament?

Despite their clear push forward two years ago, the Chicago Bulls have been unable to find stable success. This year, the NBA is introducing the first-ever In-Season Tournament, and Haize and Pat The Designer of “Locked On Bulls” sat down to discuss Chicago’s chances of winning.

With the Boston Celtics, Orlando Magic, Toronto Raptors, and Brooklyn Nets in their group, do the Bulls have a chance at winning the inaugural event?
