Do the Boston Celtics or the Oklahoma City Thunder have a brighter future?

When the Boston Celtics blew out the Oklahoma City Thunder at TD Garden this past Wednesday night to get their 60th win of the NBA’s 2023-24 season and the league’s best record to boot, neither ball club was entirely healthy.

The Thunder, in particular, were without two of their key players in Shai Gilgeous-Alexander and Jalen Williams. Speaking on a recent episode of ESPN’s “NBA Countdown” show, Kendrick Perkins, Chiney Ogwumike and Brian Windhorst debated this very question for a segment of the show.

Take a look at the clip embedded above to hear what they had to say.
