Divock Origi has appeared to have sent a farewell message to Liverpool on social media.
The Reds striker is set to leave Anfield this summer after eight years contracted to the club, having arrived from Lille in 2014, before officially moving to Merseyside a year later after a season on loan. He has since gone on to make 175 appearances for Liverpool and scoring 41 goals.
After the final Premier League match of the season against Wolves, the Liverpool players and staff performed a guard of honour for Origi. The Belgium international was then presented with a commemorative framed plaque of the Champions Wall.

AC Milan are the club reportedly close to signing the striker as a free agent. On Monday night, Origi posted a tweet which appeared to be a goodbye message to Liverpool as his contract edges closer to expiry.
“It was a special journey @LFC YNWA,” wrote Origi, on Twitter.
Origi’s tweet comes a day after he said similar things during Liverpool’s trophy parade. The Reds squad and staff took part in an open top bus parade throughout the city to show the FA Cup and Carabao Cup, and the striker offered a similar sentiment with his words.
“Like I said, I feel like our purpose is done,” said Origi on the club’s Twitter account.
“So it helps to put it in a good perspective, and I feel like we are in good hands.
“There is so much still to come for this team.”
