Liverpool fans responded to Belgium's shock World Cup defeat to Morocco by questioning the absence of Divock Origi.
The competition in Qatar is about to enter its second week, with several surprising results already on the cards. One of them involved Belgium against Morocco on Sunday afternoon.
Thanks to goals from Abdelhamid Sabiri and Zakaria Abdoukhlal, Morocco beat Belgium 2-0 in the second match in Group F. The Red Devils, managed by former Everton boss Roberto Martinez, will face Croatia in their final fixture to determine their fate in the competition.

One player who did not make the trip to Qatar is former Liverpool striker Divock Origi. The forward left the Reds in the summer to sign as a free agent with AC Milan.
Martinez did not select Origi to be part of his 26-man squad for the tournament, with his last outing in the competition back in 2014, just a few weeks before he signed for Liverpool. And now Reds fans have taken to social media to poke fun at Belgium for not selecting Origi.
Origi has struggled for regular game time at Milan since leaving Liverpool. A combination of form and injury have restricted the striker to 14 appearances, including just four starts, and only one goal to his name.
