Disney has been mocked after their 'Yorkshire' style fish and chips angered visitors - because it's 'nothing like the real thing'.
Yorkshire natives were left mortified after an American visitor posted her fish and chips meal that she purchased from the Epcot Theme Park in Florida.
Christina Stephens Hall said in a post on Facebook that the grub from the Yorkshire County Fish Shop in the United Kingdom section of the Disney World Resort, Florida, was 'fried to perfection'.
But her innocent picture sparked a raging debate among true Yorkshiremen and women who said the portion of fish was half the size of a real British portion.
In her post, Christina wrote: "Got this tip that the fish and chips were the best food in the park and I couldn't agree more.
"Watched them hand batter and fry to perfection!"
She posted a picture of a tiny portion of fish and chips alongside her praising post.
But it created an internet storm with more than 600 people responding - with many saying the fish and chips were an insult to the UK.
The snack - which costs almost £11 at the Orlando theme park - consists of a hand-sized piece of fish and a measly portion of fries.
Disney's website described the meal as the "finest British fare" and enticed visitors with refreshing drinks and "draught beer-including Bass Ale and Harp Lager".
One furious Brit, Allie Cosens, said: "As someone who lived in North Yorkshire, I can tell you these are trash.
"They should be wrapped in paper and served with scraps on top before being drenched in vinegar and salt.
Clair Frankland fumed: "Obviously not had real Yorkshire fish and chips as these taste nothing like them."
Another, Rowan Almond, added: "We weren't impressed, our local chippy is better but I guess it depends where you're from!"
Yorkshire lass Theresa Ward raged: "Disgusting, expensive, frozen. Need to come to Sheffield for proper cod and chips."
And Julia Gullo Kelm said: "At first I thought it was one of those rubber chickens!"
Adding a picture of a mountain of Yorkshire fish and chips, Chris Pearson said: "These are proper from my home county of Yorkshire."
Other Brits mocked the dainty dish for its tiny size - laughing as they compared it to their local chippy's generous offering.
Christopher Jones joked: "That's a minuscule portion compared to what you'd get from a proper fish shop in the UK. In fact, it's not even a child's portion."
Stacey Orton added: "Wow that's a mini portion. Definitely not a UK-sized portion."
Adrian Booth sighed: "Looks more like mini cod and chips you get here in the UK for about £4."
Bud Thompson said: "They are good. But if you've ever had real fish and chips, there is no comparison."
Tanya Newton Bittenmaster fumed: "They are right. I've had fish and chips in my mom's hometown of Harrogate in Yorkshire and it's not the same."
And Lisa-Marie Elliott added: "Oh no. This is not what fish and chips should be like.
"The chips look frozen and not cut from good potatoes. Also UK cod is much bigger."
The store also flogs Bombardier Amber beer and Harp Lager, both for an eye-watering £8.79.
And a cup of tea is £2.92 while a mandarin orange as a snack costs £3.51.
However, others, usually Americans, said the fish and chips from the 'Yorkshire' store were great.
Gina Petruso raved: "Honestly, the best fish and chips I've ever had!"
And Mandy Mikec added: "Tried it in January and was blown away by how good it was!"
