Dismissive Ukraine pundit claims Scotland are packed full of DUDS and 'only have one decent player'

The premier pundit of Ukrainian football has delivered a blistering slapdown on Scotland and reckons their star men wouldn't get a game in the country's domestic league.

Steve Clarke 's men face the war-torn nation at Hampden with the winners due to play Wales on Sunday for a place at the Qatar finals in Cardiff.

Ukraine haven't played a competitive game since November and have only played three friendlies after a month spent in a Slovenian training camp.

But outspoken Ukrainian TV pundit Arten Frankov reckons Scotland are wildly overrated and there's nothing for Ukraine to be afraid of.

He said: "Our opponent is frankly weak. They have one decent player, Andy Robertson.

"Look at the current state of Scotland. Look at the form of Scott McTominay, look at the form of Billy Gilmour. They are not the same players they were a year ago.

"Scotland are a team without an attack too.

"Guys like Lyndon Dykes and Che Adams. These are players who would struggle to get a game for clubs in our Ukrainian Premier League."
